The town of Picture Butte is currently conducting a water meter upgrade program to ensure the continued accuracy of your water bill. Neptune Technology Group has been contracted to conduct the upgrades at qualifying properties. All of the residential meters in Picture Butte that were installed prior to 2010 will be replaced as part of this project. 

This is a mandatory program in accordance with Bylaw No. 872-18. The upgrade takes about 30-90 minutes to complete, during which time the water will be shut off for a brief period of time. Appointments are available Monday to Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. and Saturdays from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
