Dog Control Bylaw

The purpose of the Dog Control Bylaw is to regulate the registration and keeping of dogs, as well as, to promote the concept of responsible pet ownership. This helps to ensure public safety and health of those within our community by helping to prevent nuisances and protecting the welfare of both residents and their dogs.

Barking Dog

To make a complaint regarding barking dogs, residents will need to complete the Barking Dog Complaint Form. As part of this form, you must record barking details over multiple days. It is recommended that five days worth of details are recorded.
