The Town of Picture Butte maintains the Harry Watson Memorial Park. There is a fair amount of open space ideal for letting the little ones imaginations soar. With mature trees and quiet, relaxing atmosphere this park is a perfect place for families with young children to spend an afternoon having fun in the sun. There is also enough open space in this park to throw a ball around, play touch football or frisbee. The Harry Watson Memorial Park is located right beside the Town of Picture Butte Campground. There is a camp kitchen available for use as well as public washrooms.
Harry Watson Memorial Park offers 2 Baseball Diamonds that are available for private rental These ball diamonds are Town owned and maintained, the minor baseball association float and do the lines for the ball diamonds before games. Town floats diamonds once a week, usually the day of a scheduled game.
There is a Dog Park at the Harry Watson Memorial Park, let your dogs run freely within our newly done dog park. There is a sign posted with rules that are to be followed before entering and while using the Dog Park.
