May 20, 2020 - The Town Office is now open to the public with social distancing measures put in place. All other facilites including public washrooms remain closed.
March 19, 2020 - All Town of Picture Butte facilities are closed to the public until further notice. This includes the Town office, library, arena, curling rink and community centre. Office staff will continue to work at the Town office during our business hours of 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. Enquiries can also be made via the phone by calling 403-732-4555 and via email. All office staff emails are listed on our website at http://www.picturebutte.ca/content.php?p=28. Out of office hours messages can be left on the phone or emails can be sent. If the enquiry is a public works emergency out of normal office hours, please call 403-732-4555 and follow the prompts to contact the Town’s on call staff member.
Monthly utility bills and any accounts receivable invoices including an ambulance or sidewalk snow removal invoice can be paid through internet and telebanking from most major financial institutions including:
- Alberta Treasury Branch
- Bank of Nova Scotia
- Royal Bank
- Toronto Dominion
- Credit Union
In order to pay an invoice choose Town of Picture Butte as your payee, select utilities as the payment option and use the account number shown on your invoice as the reference or account number. Please do not use your current utility account number for accounts receivable invoices.
Cheques and any physical correspondence can also be dropped off in the Town’s drop box located to right of the Town’s entrance doors.
We will continue to serve the Picture Butte public to the best of our capabilities during these unprecedented times.
March 16, 2020 - All Town of Picture Butte facilites are closed until further notice. This includes the Library, Arena, Curling Rink, and Community Centre. Our office is remaining open.
