Joe Watson was born and raised in Picture Butte. He is married to Joan and has three children and two granddaughters.

Joe has been a self-employed businessman for fifty plus years.

Over those years, he has taken part in, supported and sponsored countless community projects, always striving to make Picture Butte a better place to live.

Joe is now into his second term on Council; splitting his time between that, his family, his consulting business and attending to his classic car collection.
