The Lethbridge County Airport is the nearest commercial and air freight service, located 30 km south of Picture Butte.

Highways

The main connecting highway is Highway 25, which connects to Lethbridge. It is approximately 30 km to Highway 3 and Highway 4, and 30 km to Highway 2.
